Seafood Cocktail

2 cups mixed seafood - shrimps, crab, prawns, oysters, crayfish

1 cup cream

1/4 cup tomato sauce

2 teaspoons lemon juice

white pepper

1 cup shredded lettuce

paprika or chopped parsley

Preparation

Combine seafood.

Chill while preparing sauce.

Put cream in a bowl and beat until thickened slightly, about the consistency of egg white.

Beat in tomato sauce, lemon juice and pepper.

Place a small amount of lettuce into individual serving dishes.

Divide seafood mixture evenly among the prepared dishes.

Spoon cream mixture over seafood.

Garnish with paprika.

Replace cream with natural unsweetened yoghurt and 1/2 teaspoon sugar if desired.

Serves 4-5.
