Sang Choy Bon
Pork mince stir fried with chilli, sweet and sour and oyster sauce together with peppers and mushrooms
Ingredients
500 g pork mince
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup stir fry sweet and sour sauce
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
2 tablespoons chilli sauce
1/2 cup water
1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
1 green pepper deseeded and sliced
1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
lettuce leaves
Method
Heat the oil, add the garlic and brown
Add the pork mince and stir fry until brown
Add sauces and water and cook until the liquid is reduced by half
Add peppers and mushrooms and stir fry until heated through
Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and roll up in rolls
Serve with rice
