Wilcox Perlas Potatoes

Special new season potatoes. Famous for their delicious taste and distinctive shape. Freshly harvested and rushed to your supermarket during spring and summer. They are washed and ready to use, straight out of the box

Perlas need no peeling. The skins are tender, tasty and nutritious

Being small they cook quickly. Place them in a pot of cold water and bring to the boil, then simmer until just tender

Cook them gently. Vigorous boiling will cause Perlas to break up. Once water is boiling be sure to reduce the heat to a simmer

Toss them in a little olive oil with your favourite herbs or seasonings. They go particularly well with avocado oil

Try them roasted in the oven or on the BBQ

Add a few extra to the pot. Great with breakfast or as a satisfying snack for all the family the next day. Great popped into school lunches
