Cooks Tip

For best presentation, use a sawing motion to cut the roll of dough into slices. This technique ensures that the cinnamon-sugar spiral remains visible.

Cinnamon is a favourite spice for fruit dishes, desserts and cakes. Cinnamon sticks add flavour to hot chocolate and mulled cider, too.
