Black Forest Cheesecake

Made with a Cheesecake mix

Ingredients

1 packet Edmonds Continental Cheesecake mix

3 & 1/2 tablespoons melted butter

1 cup cold milk

1/2 cup chopped cherries

100 g cooking chocolate, melted

1/2 cup whipped cream

grated chocolate

Preparation

Put contents of biscuit base sachet into a bowl

Mix in butter

Press crumbs firmly over base and sides of a greased 20cm pie plate or over the base and halfway up sides of a spring-form tin

Chill

Into a small bowl place milk and contents of filling sachet

Beat on low speed until ingredients are moistened

Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes or until thick and creamy

Fold cherries and chocolate through cheesecake mixture

Pour into prepared crumb shell

Chill until firm

Serve decorated with whipped cream and grated chocolate

Serves 6 - 8
